Thank you for visiting the Mended Little Hearts of San Diego team page for the Southern California Walk for 1 in 100. 

We are working together again with the ACHA to raise CHD awareness and they will be sending our chapter back 40% of the team total that we raise to support our local Bravery Bag Program at Rady Children's hospital in San Diego! This will help us continue to drop of our monthly Bravery Bags for heart families in the CTICU.
