ACHD Penn: Holding hands & Helping Hearts

We are the Philadelphia Adult Congenital Heart Center, a program providing care to adults with congenital heart disease. We are a joint program between the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Did you know that Nearly 40,000 infants in the U.S. are born each year with congenital heart diseases? This walk is important to us because our vision is to be regional, national, and global leaders in the care of adults living with congenital heart disease. We want to continue to contribute to the growing field of knowledge on the long-term outcomes of congenital heart disease to ensure our patients’ longevity and preserve their quality of life.
The Adult Congenital Heart Association aims to improve and extend the lives of the millions born with heart defects through education, advocacy and the promotion of research. Please join us in supporting the ACHA at the 2020 Greater Philadelphia Walk 1 in 100.
