Many of you may know by now that I was born with Transposition of the Great Arteries which is a Congenital Heart Disease. I would certainly not be here if it was not for the advancement of technology and also being blessed with having the great love and support of both my nuclear and extended family. With the advancement of technology, I have been able to accomplish a lot with my physical health, such as high altitude hiking (11300+ elevation).  Since I moved back to Arizona, I have reconnected with friends who have congenital heart disease and those who have children with CHD. This in turn has allowed me to reflect on the need to give back. And so it is time...
